War. Peace. Love. Baroque music concert
The baroque era vividly reflects the extremes of human emotion — from the tension and drama of war to the fragility of peace and the deeply personal voice of love. The concert brings these themes together in a unified musical narrative, revealing the expressive power and theatrical intensity of baroque music.
The programme features vocal and instrumental works by 17th- and 18th-century European composers, where music becomes a language of inner human experience. The concert features soprano Elīna Šimkus, the baroque orchestra Collegium Musicum Riga, and conductor Māris Kupčs.
