„Marcus & Martinus” concert „The Room”

To celebrate the release of their latest album, „The Room”, one of Scandinavia’s hottest pop duos, „Marcus & Martinus”, will be coming to Riga this summer. Following their memorable appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest, the artists are embarking on a new tour and will perform an impressive show at the „Palladium” concert hall.

Marcus and Martinus Gunnarsen have been on stage since childhood, and their journey to international pop stardom began at a very young age. After winning the Norwegian song contest „Melodi Grand Prix Junior”, their song „To Dråper Vann” reached the top ten on the Norwegian charts, but was soon followed by one of the duo’s biggest hits to date – „Elektrisk” – which turned the twins into a true pop sensation across Northern Europe, racking up over 126 million streams. 

In 2024, „Marcus & Martinus” represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest with the hit „Unforgettable”, which placed a strong 8th in the final. The energetic electropop track quickly conquered the charts on European radio and streaming platforms, introducing the artists to an even wider international audience. Despite their age, they have collaborated with various international stars throughout their career; for example, the song „We Are Not The Same” was recorded together with the Canadian hitmakers „bbno$”. 

The concert in Riga will feature the duo’s hits such as „Unforgettable”, „Air”, and „The Room”, as well as their latest tracks.
