Two young polar bear cubs, Little Bear and Little Bear, embark on an epic journey in search of food and their way home in an Arctic region under threat from global warming. Whilst out fishing, Little Bear is separated from her brother as the ice melts. Desperate, Little Bear meets Snowman, an enigmatic trader who promises to help him, but has sinister ulterior motives: he wants to transform the icy realm into an amusement park called Iceland.
