Ireland’s Next Top Chef 2026 – Grand Final

On Wednesday 29th July, the stunning Balmoral Hotel, Belfast, will become the ultimate stage for culinary excellence as three exceptional chefs go head-to-head in a battle for glory.
This year’s finalists are Adam McCourt of Hillyard House Hotel, Osvaldo Pérez Carmona of La Pausa Caffe, and Scott Mallett of Cafe Zulu, each competing for the prestigious title of Ireland’s Next Top Chef 2026.
Our esteemed judging panel, featuring Chef Danni Barry, Chef James Southern, and acclaimed food critic Joris Minne, will have the challenging task of deciding who claims the coveted title.
