Contemporary dance festival Horos

The festival will focus on the in-between states of contemporary human experience in times of geopolitical instability – as we do not live in war, but neither do we live in peace anymore.

Fragile coexistence is marked by constant tension, an overload of information, and emotional experiences that cannot always be put into words. The festival invites audiences to experience and recognise this tension through the body – through movement, rhythm, repetition, and dance – helping us to anchor ourselves in the present. This year’s festival theme is “Amongst people. What lingers.”
