Black on the Block Dallas – September 2026

Dallas… we’re BACK, but this time with a TWIST! 🔥 We’re escaping the Texas heat and taking Black on the Block INDOORS + OUTDOORS at Gilley’s Dallas! 

Join us for your favorite Black-owned food and vendor festival featuring 100+ Black-owned brands, delicious eats, music, drinks, giveaways, watch the Cowboys game, and more.

Venue: Gilley’s Dallas – Indoor + Outdoor 
Entrance: 1125 S Austin St, Dallas, TX 75215

This event is both indoor and outdoor. The food court will be located outdoors in the adjacent parking lot.   

Event timing: 1-7pm  
Doors close at 6:30pm   
Rain or shine!   

🚗 PARKING: Paid parking is available onsite at Gilley’s for $15 while spots last, or at the Sears Complex for $10. Rideshare is always recommended.  

 🎟️ TICKET POLICY: All tickets are final sale. Kids 12 & under get in free. This event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable, non-upgradeable, and non-transferable to future events. Once you have purchased a ticket, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded for any reason, including failure to attend the event or user errors made during the ticket purchase.  

ENTRANCE POLICIES: No outside food or beverages, No weapons of any kind, No bags or purses larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″, No drones, No re-entry.  

🐾 PET POLICY: Service animals only.   

BAG POLICY: Clear Bags: Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″. 

Small Clutches: Small, single-compartment hand-held clutches, wristlets, or wallets no larger than 6″ x 9″ (non-clear). 

Medical/Specialty Bags: Medical bags or necessary childcare bags are generally allowed, but they are subject to search or X-ray screening.   

Large purses, opaque backpacks, luggage, and duffel bags are prohibited.   

Lawn chairs and blankets are not permitted. Seating is available throughout the event. 

PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY By attending Black on the Block and events produced by Black on the Block, you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used by the Festival for promotional purposes.
