Run TO Samara

We’re heading back to Samara this Saturday! Our last visit was back in January, shortly after this new brewery opened its doors on Cawthra in late 2025, and we’re excited to bring the crew back to this gorgeous space and to see Matt as he just launched beautifully-designed cans of his core beers! They channel this fantasy folklore feel, and you can now take a little piece of Samara home with you after the run… definitely something that we CAN get behind! 

As if that wasn’t enough, our thirst will be greeted with the sweet smell of BBQ when we return – Chef Stav will have delicious food on the grill, and you can pair that with your fave beers from Samara or cocktails from their neighbours Nickel 9 Distillery while rockin’ out to some pop punk and EMO at the Cawthra Block Party! Hellooooo Summer!! Dogs and families welcome!

Bag drop is available at approximately 10:50am at the brewery before our run.

This is a free event, and all paces are welcome. And as always, assholes are not.

We are a family-friendly run community, and no matter your age, you can come run with us! BUT, we do ask that only runners 19+ sign up for a spot, with a unique name and email address. This is so that we can let the brewery/brewpub know how many beers to pour, etc. You also must run one of the above distances to earn your free beer. If you want to come hang with us post-run, you are most welcome, but please do not take a beer from a registered runner. Also, if you are bringing a furry runner, make sure you double-check with the venue whether they can accommodate! 

IMPORTANT: Please remember to follow and obey traffic signals/signs. Be mindful of pedestrians, cyclists and cars. Make sure you are courteous and share the sidewalks. Say a nice ‘thank-you’ to pedestrians when they give way, and warn them as you approach them from behind. Be safe out there – we want you back for the beers! And you are about to release RUNTOBEER, and everyone else involved in this run, from any and all responsibility for anything negative that may occur. Do not join this event unless you are willing to assume 100% of the risks. Oh, most importantly, assholes – please stay home.
