The event is hosted by internationally renowned oyster sommelier and six-time world champion in oyster opening, Anti Lepik, who will guide you through exclusive workshops, practical advice, and tastings. Throughout the day, there will be lively activities and Estonian restaurant championships in oyster opening, judged by an international jury – an ideal opportunity to see world-class skills in action!
Pop-up restaurants Austerium and Toidunaut will serve fresh seafood directly to your plate, while gourmets can enjoy the exclusive MO/Caviar experience. Listen to live music and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere where good food, culture, and a shared passion for quality seafood come together.
