Latvia – Germany, 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup qualifier

For Latvia’s national men’s basketball team, this is a decisive match for the chance to qualify for the World Cup finals for the second time in a row.

In the qualifying tournament, after eight rounds of matches, the German national team sits at the top of the table with seven wins, alongside the Polish and Croatian sides.

Meanwhile, the Latvian national team, with four wins, is in fourth place, still in with a chance of catching up with their rivals. To make these hopes a reality, they need to win all their remaining matches.
