Afterpiece (bc30)

Owen, once a celebrated stage director, has spent more than a decade lost in creative paralysis. In an attempt to revive his reputation, he sets out to produce a new play, casting a completely unknown female lead, to whom he is increasingly drawn. However, the sudden appearance of his former movie-star lover sets off a chain of events that blurs the boundary between performance and reality. The debut directorial feature by Keane Wong presents a compelling play within a play, inviting the audience to ponder the humanity in struggle infused with profound emotional depth and conflict.
